Q&A

  • How did you get into the aerosol field?

    • I started as a lab technician for Precision Valve in Yonkers, NY, my hometown.  I spent two-plus years in the lab learning about aerosol packaging before moving into Sales.

  • What has your career path looked like?

    • After Precision I spent 17 years with a start-up aluminum can company in Eastern Ohio.   My next aerosol adventure was working for a long-time customer and friend in the filling part of the business.  In 2017 I joined a colleague from the Eastern Aerosol Association at another can company.  After 6 years there I found Peter Chang and Pacific Bridge Packaging.  Our industry is going through tough times with supply chain issues.  His vision of helping our industry with cans produced overseas struck a chord with me.  I joined Peter and our VP of Operations, Jason Chin, and have not looked back.

  • Choose your favorite: Aluminum or Steel?

    • Both!  They both are excellent with aerosol formulations and are recyclable.

  • What motivated you to build a successful career?

    • Our industry is like a growing family.  You might move to a new company, but you never lose your colleagues and friends, new and old.

  • Describe yourself in 3 words!

    • Passionate, Competitive, and Loving.
